AgPack is Free to anyone who has ownership of, or in, an agriculture enterprise.

AgroLiquid Terms & Conditions

• This offer is valid only in the United States and is not valid where prohibited by law.
• This AgPack promotional offer is valid to the purchaser of a new truck through a Certified Agriculture Dealership and is not transferable.
• Eligible customers must be registered on the Certified AgPack customer database.
• The qualified AgPack recipient is required to order a minimum of 2,000 gallons of any product or products from AgroLiquid to claim the $2,000 AgPack benefit.
• Depending on the product, or combination of products ordered, the value of the order may exceed the $2,000 AgPack offer.
• Payment for value beyond the $2,000 AgPack offer will be the responsibility of the AgPack recipient/customer.
• The AgroLiquid AgPack offer is not retroactive and applies only to qualified AgroLiquid crop nutrition product purchases made within 1 year (12 months) of the qualifying new truck purchase. That is, the expiration date of this offer is one-year from the date of the eligible new truck purchase.
• Only one $2,000 AgroLiquid incentive can be used per one AgroLiquid crop nutrition products purchase order, not across multiple orders; purchase must be prior to the offer expiration date.

• This AgPack promotional offer is valid to the purchaser of a new truck through a Certified Agriculture Dealership and is not transferable.
• This offer is valid for one-year (12 months) from the purchase date of the qualifying truck. That is, the expiration date of this offer is one year from the date of the eligible truck

• The qualified AgPack recipient can only use the Dairyland Seed offer on a maximum of 500 bags of Dairyland Seed brand corn seed.
• Eligible customers must use corn seed for personal use.
• Offer is not transferable.

Dixie Chopper Terms & Conditions

• This AgPack Promotional offer is valid to the purchaser of a new truck through a Certified Agriculture Dealer and is not transferable.  
• This offer is valid for one-year (12 months) from the purchase date of the qualifying new truck.  That is, the expiration date of this offer is one-year from the date of the eligible new truck purchase. 
• Eligible customers must be registered on the AgPack customer database. 
• This offer is only valid in the United States and is not valid where prohibited by law.
• This discount and gift card offer may be used more than once; all purchases must be prior to the offer expiration date.
• All new (Dixie Chopper) products are included with this offer when purchased from a qualified Dixie Chopper dealer.
• While the Promotion Period runs from January 1, 2020 – December 31, 2020, Dixie Chopper, will extend eligibility of this rebate to AgPack customers for 12 months following their eligible new truck purchase.   
• This offer is NOT stackable with other Dixie Chopper offers.

Gallagher Terms & Conditions 

• User must submit the rebate form to Gallagher Animal Management Certified Agriculture Dealership AgPack Promotion; PO Box 681409; Riverside, MO 64168.
• Gallagher will verify consumer’s information against information received from Certified Agriculture Dealership.  While the Promotion Period runs from July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021, Gallagher North America, Inc. will extend eligibility of this rebate to AgPack recipients for 12 months following the new truck purchase from a Certified Agriculture Dealer.
• Customers receiving their AgPack will have the opportunity to redeem the rebate until June 30, 2022.
• This offer is NOT stackable with other Gallagher offers in the United States.
• Offer is not transferable to any other Gallagher promotion in the United States.


Landmaster Terms & Conditions 

• This offer is valid only in the United States and is not valid where prohibited by law.
• This AgPack promotional offer is valid to the purchaser of a new truck through a Certified Agriculture Dealership and is not transferable.

Mystik Lubricants Terms & Conditions

• This AgPack Promotional offer is valid to the purchaser of a new truck or Jeep (Wrangler or Gladiator) through a Certified Agriculture Dealer and is not transferable.  
• This offer is valid for one-year (12 months) from the purchase date of the qualifying new Ram truck or Jeep (Wrangler or Gladiator). That is, the expiration date of this offer is one year from the date of the eligible new truck or Jeep (Wrangler or Gladiator) purchase. 
• Eligible customers must be registered on the AgPack customer database. 
• This offer is only valid in the United States and is not valid where prohibited by law.
• All Mystik products are included with this offer when purchased from a contract Mystik marketer (distributor).
• At which time user/purchaser achieves $2,000 in total spend for Mystik products through contract Mystik marketer (distributor), the user/purchaser will receive $500 credit on account at the contract Mystik marketer (distributor) that can be used toward the user/purchaser’s next purchase.
• At which time that user/purchaser agrees to become a Mystik client of the contract marketer(distributor), Mystik will offer lifetime oil analysis for the RAM truck or Jeep (Wrangler or Gladiator) free of charge to the user/purchaser excluding postage and handling or until the user/purchaser is no longer a purchaser of Mystik products.

Reinke Terms & Conditions

• 
Reinke will provide a verified agricultural buyer of a new truck, purchased from a Certified Agriculture Dealership, a $1,000 discount on the purchase of a new Reinke Irrigation system.
• Should the verified agricultural truck buyer already have Reinke Irrigation equipment on their farm or ranch, Reinke Equipment will also provide the truck buyer $500 toward parts for their existing Reinke Irrigation system.
• Offer is not transferable.



RhinoAg Terms & Conditions

• This AgPack Promotional offer is valid to the purchaser of a new truck through a Certified Agriculture Dealership and is not transferable.
• This offer is valid for one-year (12 months) from the purchase date of the qualifying new truck. That is, the expiration date of this offer is one year from the date of the eligible new truck purchase.
• Eligible customers must be registered on the AgPack customer database.
• This offer is only valid in the United States and is not valid where prohibited by law.
• This discount and gift card offer may be used more than once; all purchases must be prior to the offer expiration date.
• All new Rhino products (RhinoAG) are included with this offer when purchased from a qualified RhinoAG dealer.

Valent Terms & Conditions

• This AgPack offer is valid to the purchaser of a qualified vehicle through a Certified Agriculture Dealer and is not transferable.
• This offer is valid for 365 days from the Qualified Purchase Date and will expire on the 366th day after said purchase.
• All purchases of qualified Valent products must be purchased at or after the participant has been provided the AgPack offer and prior to the offer expiration.
• Valent U.S.A. will verify participants information against the information received from Certified Agriculture Dealership.
• This offer may not be used in combination with any other Valent U.S.A. grower program.
• Reward calculations will be done at the sole discretion of Valent.
• Valent reserves the right to change, audit or terminate the program at any time.
• Valent Reward Calculations & Payments
  • Rebate calculations are based on proof of purchase documentation of the eligible products
  • Each product will earn $2 per acre up to a maximum of 500 qualified acres
  • Acres calculations are based on the following rate per acre for each respective product:
    • Excalia = 3 fluid ounces per acre
    • Perpetuo = 6 fluid ounces per acre
    • Senstar = 15 fluid ounces per acre
  • If qualified, rewards will be paid within 90 days of proof of purchase submission.

Vanair Terms & Conditions

• This AgPack Promotional offer is valid to the purchaser of a new truck through a Certified Agriculture Dealer and in no transferable
• Eligible customer must be registered on the AgPack customer database
• This offer only valid in the United States and is not valid where prohibited by law
• Product Availability is not guaranteed
• Lead times are based upon the time of order however may be pushed back to the current global supply chain conditions.
